1. Design and Consultation

Before we begin the renovation process, ScopeWorks will prepare a detailed layout that will include all the fittings and fixtures. 2. Signage and Demolition
The first step will be to install a skip bin on-site and signage at the front of the construction site about the work. To minimize the mess and prevent the damage, laying drop sheets and all the protective material is required throughout all access areas. Only after that the sealed pipes will be removed along with the old toilets, baths, showers, and tiles from the floor and walls. This is the initial stage of demolition and we will only remove the fittings and fixtures as it is essential to make our way renovating your bathroom. We would remove the unused and the changeable items like old towel rails, cornices, bath items, vanities, toilet seats etc.
3. Carpentry
After the demolition work is finished we will install the frames and all wood related work with the help of our expert carpenters. All the old decomposed and rotten areas will be identified and reconstructed accordingly. We will then install the mount points along with the doors, racks, windows, tower rails and toilet rolls etc.
4. Electrical and Plumbing Work
As per the proposed design our expert qualified plumber will fit all the purchased and selected vanities, cisterns, toilets, taps etc. He will test all the pipes for pressure to make sure all pipes are flowing properly. Then our qualified electrical engineer will complete all the wiring work and install all necessary circuits, mounting backing plates for all the power points. Then the electrician will install all the electrical fixtures and equipment. This all is followed by testing all the circuits and equipment to make sure they are working correctly.
5. Waterproofing, Sheeting and Tiling
The next step is to fix the walls, ceiling and the floor sheeting to make your bathroom come together. Before we start the final sheeting work, the renovation project manager will ensure all the previous tasks are completed and are working in order. This is important as sheeting installation is very difficult and later making changes to any essential work left undone is tough. When everything is approved the sheeting is commenced with attaching sheets and plastering joints. It’s then followed by waterproofing which is a simple step but must be done with perfection to avoid water leakage which might result in corrosion and rotting. After waterproofing the tiling work is started with mixing the cement and sand correctly.
6. Rectification and Defect Inspection
Now it’s time for the final touch. Our expert checks and tests to ensure the installation of all the fitting and fixtures and identify any defect.
